According to WMDT, the Dorchester County Council has granted the proposed Blackwater Resorts developement their requested growht allocation. It’s back to 3,200 units on 1,000 acres.

Dorchester Postpones Action on Blackwater

The Dorchester County Council has postponed action on granting the proposed Blacwater Resorts development a “growth allotment”. If the council refuses the allotment it will not halt the development, only reduce the allowed density from 3,200 units to 2,600 units.
