I will describe to you a method of economic warfare that can be used to subdue the economic growth of a foreign state. You borrow such funds as to be indebted to them to the limits of your national assets, and pay them back as you require, if at all, while denying them the ability to forclose on that debt and recover losses through ‘asset seizure’.

What you should be asking is: What the heck is Obama doing borrowing from China ten times the current debt with a projected fifty year debt peak when all it had to do was loan 2 billion-billion to a lunar state who would self colonize over the next 100 years for 10 million colonists? The USA could have paid off its own debts through existing Taxation methods, bought the entire US population out of third world living conditions, and socialized medicine for everyone in the USA.
