Virgil Goode Will Not Run in 2010

Former Rep. Virgil Goode will not seek to regain the seat he lost last year by a scant 727 votes.  Among those mentioned as potential GOP challengers to freshman Rep. Tom Perriello (R-5) are Virginia Sen. Robert Hurt of Pittsylvania County and Del. Robert B. Bell of Albemarle.
