Is John Carney Tanking on the Fundraising Trail?

Delaware Liberal speculates that Delaware Lt. Gov. John Carney is running low on cash in his quest to succeed Gov. Ruth Ann Minner. State Treasurer Jack Markell is buying plenty of airtime, but Carney appears silent.
While the Delaware Democrat Party continues to fund Carney’s campaign (something that still shocks me), Delaware Dems will have to wait and see. Will Carney have enough money, on his own, for the final stretch or will he continue to depend on corrupt party and union bosses?
