Delaware Gov. Ruth Ann Minner has vetoed SB245, which would have set limits on the government snatching of private property. The bipartisan bill received only one negative vote between both houses of the Delaware legislature. However, it is rumored that the Democrat Senate leader will not permit an override vote.
