Charlie Copeland Fights Moratorium on Charter Schools

Delaware Sen. Charlie Copeland (R-4) is leading opposition in the Delaware Senate against SJR 11, which would impose a one year moratorium on new charter school applications.

Copeland, who currently serves as Minority Leader in the Delaware Senate, is also a candidate for Delaware Lt. Governor.
