Wagner Trying to Save a Little Here, a Lot There

Delaware State Auditor Tom Wagner has found tens of millions of dollars in potential savings for the First State government (therefore the taxpayers). Can the people of Delaware expect the spendthrift (and lame duck) Minner administration to implement these cost cutting measures?

Time will tell, but don’t bet on Minner or her probable Dem successor to come to the rescue of the folks footing the bill.
