Will it be making a comeback in the future? I am looking forward to learning how hypocrisy plays into this one. While Frank raises over 90% of his individual contributions from within the State of Maryland, Andy panders to the Club for Growth, whose purse strings will probably tighten up now that the race is not a sure thing.
