Would Illegals Receive Rebate Checks If Mark Warner Were In the Senate Today?

Last week the Senate passed a stimulus package. Senate Democrats attempted wanted to allow benefits to go to illegal aliens. Fortunately, Senate Republicans were able to block cloture by one vote. If it was Mark Warner in the U. S. Senate instead of John Warner, does anyone actually believe that more of your tax dollars wouldn’t be going out to illegals?
