Three Cheers to Ocean City Town Council

Kudos to the Ocean City Town Council for refusing to allow construction to continue on a project that is currently in violation of the law. Perhaps those folks should come visit the Salisbury / Wicomico Planning Commission and teach them a few lessons.

    How about some credit to OC’s zoning director, Blaine Smith, who really knows what he should be doing — and does do — in that capacity, unlike Jack Lenox.

    Lets hope that Worcester County continues with intelligent growth decisions and DENIES Tom Ruark from further exploitation with the “over 55″ housing promises for the land in Berlin–he only is the frontman for Western Shore developers.
