Public Policy on the Shore
MonoBlogue has a great interview with Marc Kilmer of the the Maryland Public Policy Institute. While I disagree with Mr. Kilmer on how (or whether) growth should be regulated, he is obviously a bright young man.
Michael needs to keep this up. He could wind up becoming the Maryland version of QandO (my personal favorite among policy blogs).
