Debbie Campbell seems to be the only person on the Salisbury City Council capable of rational thought, or discourse. Gary Comegys made a pretty good stab at it Monday night until Mrs. Campbell pointed out that the emperor had no clothes (more on that later in the week). We should be grateful for the true leader on city council.

We should cry for the Daily Times. It can’t be fun trying to print news when the Politburo has final say on what gets into print. I’m glad we have Radio Free Salisbury (thanks, Bill Reddish) to supplement the blogs.
A reporter for the paper approached me during recess and asked me my name, regarding something I said during public comment. I felt like telling her, “Why waste your time, it will never go to print.” So far I haven’t seen it in the paper. At least she tried.
