The Memo
Tonight’s Salisbury City Council meeting has two major items on the agenda. The first is a public hearing on the FY07 budget. This is the part of the budget process where citizens get to see vent there frustrations for pet projects or against government waste. This is also where citizens get to see if their elected officials listen.
The second major item on the agenda is a “Memorandum of Understanding†between the city and Salisbury Neighborhood Housing Service (SNHS). According to city attorney Paul Wilber, this memo is only to commit the city to providing such things as logistical support. Of course it may be just a coincidence that the “Memo†only became necessary after a friend of the Mayor started having a little trouble with the Board of Zoning Appeals and needs to get out of a property that the city has condemned. It is noteworthy that there are two mentions of the “public funding†for renovations in the “Memoâ€.
Passage of the resolution is all but assured. We’ll just have to wait and see if any tax money goes to finance the purchase and/or renovation of 605 Camden Avenue. Personally, I think the city should demolish the property and start a community garden for the Camden neighborhood.

I didn’t know that someone was placing a gun to your head and forcing you to read this particular blog. Sounds like Mike Dunn in drag to me.
Amen! If you don’t like what’s being written, don’t read. I just wish these guys would write more stuff.
What has happened to DD? It was the only site that made any attempt at digging up facts without too much slant…
Please come back, CATO, I miss you, Hadley and Duvall make me laugh, but your posts are grounded and balanced
Hey! Is everyone all right out there in DD land? I’d rather it be a “big four” than become one of the “big three” by default.
Oh quit your bellyaching and let them shut this piece of crap down. They obviously can’t be depended on. Besides, the other Blogs have this one beat by a mile. Rest in peace boys.
Where are you? When will you be back? Don’t pay any attention to Barry Boop. Those who have taken the city to the brink of financila and environmental disaster would love to see you shut this site down. Then, we go back to being mushrooms.
I agree Al! One down, two more to go! The City’s own Blog Site will be up and running soon and the truth will finally be told throughout our fine City. Reelect Barrie Boop for Mayor. I’m Barrie Boop and I approve this message.
This blog much like others similar blogs is basically a garbage dump that collects trash, and will decay much like the garbage it contains.
I’m calling the FBI on you Bruce. However, this time I’m going to tell them you’re one of the good guys. One down, two to go. R.I.P. Delmarva Dealings!
Please keep up the great work, out county needs people that can go an extra mile to inform others of what’s going on. thank you

Please, please, we’re begging you, please shut this piece of crap down. You’re wasting our time. Have mercy on us.
