Racial Quotas In Wilmington

PolitaKid has an interesting story about a racial discrimination suit filed against the Wilmington Police Department. Two aspects about this story really intrigued me. You don’t usually see a white woman filing a racial discrmination suit. You also don’t usually see a city where a promotion in the police department has to be approved by the mayor, not in this era.
