Ethics - Baltimore Sun - Democrats, A Contradiction In Terms
The Baltimore Sun has chutzpah, if nothing else. Under the guise of a news piece they have published an editorial rant against former Talbot Delegate and current PSC chairman Ken Schisler. The Sun would rather Schisler not have filed his lawsuit to halt the Dem’s mad power grab over the PSC. In lieu of that, they think he should at least have the good taste to file his suit in a county where he is sure to lose before a Democrat judge.

Why should Schisler be expected to pay his lawyer $300 an hour to drive back and forth to Baltimore just to accommodate the PSC and the Attorney General?
Besides who wants to try a case in a courthouse which smells like a sewer and is packed with judges appointed by Paris Glendening?
