Senate Democrats Change The Rules

Fearful that Gov. Bob Ehrlich may be re-elected, the Maryland State Senate has decided to change the rules for cabinet secretaries held over for a second term.

    Otherwise known as changing the law, which is what legislatures do.

    Distasteful, spiteful and unnecessary–yes. But not unfair.
