Didn’t Colburn Run For Congress As “the Conservative Candidate”?

See WMDT’s story about some of the bills that Maryland Sen. Richard Colburn is sponsoring. When it’s an election year I guess fiscal conservatism means only reducing spending in the other guy’s district.
