Lee Owens‘ letter in Tuesday’s Daily Times is right on point. Until Wicomico County and Salisbury can find solutions to infrastructure funding, do we need to keep up this frenetic pace?

It was a wonderful letter. As have been many others about reasonable growth. Which is why it is still amazing how the city council majority continues to act like citizens want what they has been dishing up on this issue. I’d say they need to get out more, but I think it’s just that they want to do what they want to do, and the people they work for (us) be damned.
