One (and I repeat, only one) of the issues that came up during the recent debate over the the 4-3 housing legislation in Salisbury was loud parties put on by SU students living off-campus. Newark, DE seems to have a solution. From the “News-Journal“

If you can get your hands on a copy of the Flyer…the SU paper from a couple of weeks ago, it has two very interesting pieces - one on goings on at the “Zoo” and police response and one on “field Day.” It is alarming and eye pening.
